Thsi si a two-day retreat that combines arts and writing in a space where you can feel safe and supported to share your stories with others, you will be introduced to various techniques and approaches to creatively explore your life experiences through playful curiosity, sensory reflection and the written word. Turn your life experiences into beautiful poetry, prose, a digital story or a visual artwork.
Sat: 9am registration until 4pm and Sun: 9.30am - 3pm (approx).

Dinner option for Saturday night at 6.30pm (not included in workshop price).
