When submitting an event you can include the following information.Items marked with an asterisk(*) are required. Have required information ready before you submit an event.
Event Details
- Event Title *
- Event Organiser
- Category of event (choose from drawdown) *
- Tag (helps to describe the event type or content)
Event Location *
Enter the street address of the event. Google's location API helps to pinpoint the address. You may also choose to make the event an "online event" without a location.
Event Dates *
Include all dates of the event. Events can have single or multiple dates. They may be repeating dates as well, monthly or weekly. If you have an event that lasts for many days you may choose a start and end date.
Event Description *
Enter the description of your event. You can add lists, links, or event headings to ensure the text is easy to read.
Contact and Booking Details
Make sure to enter contact information and booking details for your event. The information you can add includes:
- Office phone number
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Website URL (include http:// or https://)
- Ticket Booking URL (include http:// or https://)
Social Links
- Facebook page URL
- Instagram URL
- LinkedIn URL
- Twitter URL
- YouTube Channel URL
Cover Image *
Add an image file smaller than 2MB. It can be a jpg, png, gif or webp image. To maintain consistency with the rest of the site start with an image round 900px wide by 600px high. Larger images will be cropped to fit this size and scale.
